AI LEADERSHIP & TEAM READINESS SPRINT

Your Leaders Are Being Asked to Lead Through AI. Are They Ready?

The AI Leadership & Team Readiness Sprint™ (ALTRS) is a structured 90-day engagement that diagnoses your leadership team's AI readiness, builds shared capability, and delivers a clear action plan — before your next wave of AI workforce transformation lands without the leadership culture to support it.

Most AI Adoption Fails Before It Starts.

Gartner research finds that only 1 in 50 AI investments delivers transformational value. WGU's 2026 Workforce Decoded report shows that 76% of employers have already shifted the types of candidates they seek — because of AI. And yet most organizations continue to deploy AI tools before their leaders are prepared to drive organizational AI readiness from the top.

The technology gets implemented. The leadership capability to make decisions with it, manage teams through it, and build cultures that trust it gets left behind. AI adoption stalls not because of the tool — but because of the leadership gap surrounding it.

The result is predictable: low adoption rates, inconsistent execution, employee anxiety, and AI investments that deliver far less than the business case promised. What organizations need is not another technology rollout. They need a workforce transformation strategy that starts with leadership.

The bottleneck is not the tool. It is the leader holding it.

What Is the AI Leadership & Team Readiness Sprint?

The AI Leadership & Team Readiness Sprint™ is a fixed-scope, 90-day engagement designed for leadership teams who need a rigorous AI readiness assessment — and a structured path to close the gaps it reveals — before the next transformation initiative arrives.

Built on Allison Manswell's proprietary TaiLENT™ framework and AI Leadership & Cultural Adoption methodology, the ALTRS delivers three things most AI initiatives skip entirely: honest diagnostic data on organizational AI readiness, shared leadership language for navigating change, and individual accountability structures that outlast the engagement.

It is not a training program. It is not a technology assessment. It is a leadership readiness intervention for AI adoption — and there is nothing else like it in the market.

Three Components. Ninety Days. One Team Ready for What's Next.

Readiness Diagnostic

An AI readiness assessment evaluates each leader's readiness to operate in the new leadershi9p paradigm emerging in AI-enabled workplaces.

Executive Briefing

A facilitated session that builds shared AI leadership language across the team, interprets diagnostic findings in the context of your specific workforce transformation strategy, and develops practical change management approaches. Every leader leaves with a documented individual action plan for guiding their teams through AI adoption.

AI Leadership Lab

An applied coaching series built around peer learning sessions, AI decision-making frameworks, and targeted support to strengthen leadership accountability and navigate real organizational resistance as it emerges. This is where AI leadership readiness becomes embedded in measurable behavior change across the organization.

The ALTRS Is Right for You If...

  • Your organization has deployed or is planning AI tools — and your leaders have received little to no formal preparation for leading through that workforce transformation
  • Your CHRO or CPO has AI transformation on their 2026 priority list but needs a structured AI adoption consulting engagement to move from strategy to execution
  • You've seen inconsistent AI adoption across teams and suspect the root cause is leadership readiness, not the technology itself
  • You want a rigorous AI readiness assessment to inform your investment decisions before committing to enterprise-wide AI deployment
  • Your organization’s leadership team needs to move quickly and cohesively on AI
  • You operate in a regulated or highly specialized industry where the risk of mismanaged AI adoption is especially high
  • You want to build lasting internal AI leadership capability rather than ongoing dependency on external technology vendors
  • You need a credible fractional talent leadership partner who has operated at the C-suite level and understands the people side of organizational AI readiness, not just the technology tools

Common Questions

  • How is this different from an AI training program?

Most AI training programs teach people how to use specific tools. The ALTRS addresses the upstream question: are your leaders mentally, culturally, and strategically ready to lead an organization through AI adoption? We focus on leadership readiness for AI adoption and organizational change management — not software tutorials. The diagnostic component alone gives organizations data they can't get from any training program.

  • How many leaders can participate?

The ALTRS is customized for teams of 8–50 people. For larger organizations or those with multiple business units, we can discuss cohort-based delivery and/or a phased rollout approach. Contact us to discuss your specific team size and structure.

  • Is this delivered on-site or virtually?

The Readiness Diagnostic and AI Leadership Lab components are delivered virtually, making the ALTRS accessible to distributed leadership teams without travel overhead. The Executive Briefing can be delivered on-site or virtually. We recommend in-person when possible, as the shared experience significantly accelerates leadership alignment around AI adoption.

  • What does the engagement require from our internal team?

Minimal internal overhead. PFC manages all design, facilitation, and delivery of the AI readiness assessment and program components. We need access to your leadership team and a designated internal sponsor to coordinate logistics and champion the organizational AI readiness initiative internally.

  • What comes after the 90 days?

The ALTRS ends with a documented workforce transformation roadmap and individual leadership action commitments. Clients can continue with PFC in an ongoing capacity to implement that roadmap, sustain momentum, and ensure the AI leadership readiness built during the sprint translates into lasting organizational change. We discuss post-sprint options during the consultation call.

  • How do we get started?

Schedule a 30-minute AI adoption consulting call. We'll discuss your organization's current AI context, your leadership team's readiness, and whether the ALTRS is the right AI readiness assessment and development engagement for your situation. If it is, we'll scope the engagement and have you underway within 2–3 weeks.
