The Senior Executive Leadership Focus (SELF) Program is a comprehensive development experience designed to provide a safe space for executives to learn from industry experts in a cohort of their peers. It consists of 20 important content areas required for success in today's business and talent market delivered as a virtual instructor-led interactive series of courses and coaching sessions.

 

The Program will: 

  • sharpen your professional skills as a leader in your organization
  • receive essential perspectives from HR, talent management, and DEI experts and ask targeted questions on your unique circumstances
  • gain insight for your DEI strategic plan and implementation tactics informed by other members of the cohort
  • exchange strategies to deal with traditional barriers challenges and emerging issues that have resulted from unprecedented marketplace changes
  • be able to apply your learnings immediately


Participation is available: 

  1. Internal Cohort: 10-25 leaders from the same organization go through customized course selection together based on their specific needs 
  2. Public Cohort: enrollment is open to leaders from a variety of industries to complete the most critical courses in the DEI/LD body of knowledge.

DEI Professional Development Program


As a response to the current climate and layers of challenges for today’s diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) professionals, Path Forward Consulting (PFC) has created an action learning cohort program to accelerate the skills and provide the tools required to meet the expanded expectations of individuals tasked with moving the needle on DEI initiatives. This is a consulting program designed to support individuals in these roles and their organization. Each participant enters the program with an assessment of their organization’s priority needs. By the end of the experience, each participant leaves with a customized plan and strategies that address their specific situation. This program is available as an internal development opportunity for HR and DEI professionals to build capacity and accelerate their ability to achieve stated goals.


DEI Tools


Silent Statements are PFC’s custom corporate tools that provide an opportunity to address important topics in non-threatening ways and inspire conversation where silence may have led to mistrust. We are pleased to introduce a series of conversation starters that move the needle on inclusion and belonging. Coming June 2022.
